A power outage at Mt. Hood Meadows ski resort has temporarily impacted operations, according to a statement from the resort.

But drivers carefully headed to Mt. Hood Meadows, Timberline Lodge and Mt. Hood Skibowl will reap the rewards of the expected heavy snow after giving themselves extra time to navigate the roads.
