HOUSTON — It's not something you'd expect to be stolen from a construction site, but a porta-potty was the item targeted by a group of thieves last week. The theft was caught on surveillance video.

The MTA quietly moved a porta-potty away from a Forest Hills restaurant — providing some relief to the shop owner who said construction chaos was flushing his business down the toilet.
