The new pyramid came complete with a Bass Pro Shops logo and Ducks Unlimited logo, replacing the I.M. Pei design that was added in the 1980s. It was, of course, an April Fool’s joke.

The Pyramid was also home to Memphis Pharaohs of the Arena Football League for a couple of seasons in the mid 1990s. It also hosted some huge boxing matches too.
