A voluntary recall has been issued by Nestlé USA for more than 50,000 cases of Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli, after reports from consumers indicated the presence of a wood-like foreign material inside the frozen meals.
Manhattan-based candy maker Tony’s Chocolonely issued a recall of its popular chocolate bars because some were found to contain “small stones,” the company said. The affected products include the company’s Dark Almond Sea Salt and Everything Bar varieties.
