A modern day version of the 1969 detective series about Private Investigator Jeff Randall, who is aided in cases by the ghost of his deceased partner Marty Hopkirk.

This pilot episode sets the scene when Hopkirk is killed by a hit-and-run driver to cover up the murder of a rich businessman's wife. He returns from the grave to help expose the guilty entrepreneur.

Kenneth Charles Cope is an English actor. He was best known for his roles as Marty Hopkirk in Randall and Hopkirk, Jed Stone in Coronation Street and Ray Hilton in Brookside.
