With season 7 ending on a high note, fans have wondered when Rick & Morty season 8 will be released. We finally have that answer. Adult Swim has confirmed that Season 8 of Rick & Morty premieres Sunday, May 25th, at 11:00 PPM ET/PT and will be available on Max the next day.
Rick Grimes was originally meant to die much earlier in The Walking Dead series according to Robert Kirkman. In the comics, Carl ends up killing a zombified Rick, signifying a passing of the torch.
