FKA Twigs has agreed to a settlement in her lawsuit accusing ex-boyfriend Shia LaBeouf of sexual battery and assault, and the two say they're 'committed to forging a constructive path forward.'

Both parties agreed to settle out of court, five years after FKA Twigs sued for assault, sexual battery, and infliction of emotional distress.
