Shrimp Fried Rice. Ingredients: 2 tablespoons oil. 2 eggs, beaten. 1 green onion, sliced or ¼ cup diced yellow onions. 4 oz shrimp. 1/2 cup peapods and carrot. 2 cups cooked rice.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and onion. Cook, stirring frequently, until the bacon is golden brown (about 10 minutes).
