Spirit Halloween stores are sticking around a little longer than usual with some select pop-ups being transformed into Spirit Christmas. Owned by Spencer Gifts, the chain, which is the go-to spot to find decorations and costumes for Halloween, has expanded with a new concept by launching Spirit Christmas stores, the company confirmed to ABC News.

Following the opening of a record number of Spirit Halloween stores, the company will launch a chain of Spirit Christmas stores.

The stores will sell inflatables and decorations and offer activities including photos with Santa and letter-writing to the North Pole.

A flagship Spirit Christmas store in Mays Landing, N.J., will be the first to open on October 18; nine more will pop up once November hits.

When the latest spooky season passes, it won’t mark the end for some Spirit Halloween stores, with the chain planning to convert some locations and keep them open for the holidays.

Spirit Halloween in Waterford will transform into a holiday pop-up in November, featuring festive décor and gifts for the winter season.
