CHULA VISTA, Calif. (AP) — A substitute teacher has been removed from the teaching rosters of three different local school districts following allegations of inappropriate behavior toward students.
A 62-year-old substitute teacher was arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting three children at the Bergen Arts and Science Charter School.
