Taylor Swift is skipping the Met Gala for the ninth year in a row. Despite speculation she would attend, Swift was absent from the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art tonight—as was her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce haven't been seen out in public (other than in blurry fan pics) since the 2025 Super Bowl, and it doesn't look like that's changing anytime soon. Rumor has it the couple are skipping the 2025 Met Gala, though think we can all agree there's a 10/10 chance that they were both invited.
