The bird and seed were valued at $413.49 by the store. Detectives identified a suspect, a 46-year-old Venice man, and met the man at his home Thursday, where they recovered Lapis unharmed.

UPDATE: The owner of Casa La Parrot tells FOX 17 that the stolen bird was returned at 10 a.m. Saturday by the man who took it and that the Wyoming Police Department was informed.
