The games published under Private Division, Take-Two Interactive’s former indie label, are under new management. Bloomberg reports that the former employees of Annapurna Interactive have formed a new, as-yet-unnamed company that will take over Private Division’s games portfolio.

The former staffers of the independent video-game publisher Annapurna Interactive, who resigned abruptly last summer following an acrimonious power struggle, will be taking over the portfolio of a past rival, which will be laying off some of its employees.

Last year saw the entire Annapurna Interactive workforce resign following a dispute with owner Megan Ellison. Four months on, Bloomberg has reported that the former staff members have formed a new company and have picked up the entire Private Division portfolio (thanks, GamesIndustry.biz ).
