Losing Chris Godwin and Mike Evans in the same game was among the worst possible scenarios for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Combined this season, the two had scored 6 of Baker Mayfield's 18 passing touchdowns and caught 77 of Mayfield's 165 completions for 839 of Mayfield's 1,859 passing yards.

They left a horrible loss with their two top names injured: Mike Evans left with a hamstring injury, and Chris Godwin may have dislocated his ankle. Not great at all. And if you have either of those two in fantasy football or you just need some WR help off the waiver wire, it’s a situation to monitor ahead of waivers on Wednesday.

Tampa Bay coach Todd Bowles said Tuesday that the Buccaneers — who also lost 10-time 1,000-yard receiver Mike Evans to a hamstring injury during Monday night's 41-31 loss to visiting Baltimore — are holding out hope that Chris Godwin might be able to return if they can play deep into January.
