Australian-made cardboard drones were allegedly used to attack an airfield in Kursk, Russia, last weekend, destroying five fighter jets -- and may have been deployed in a more recent strike in Pskov.
The attack at the Khalino military airfield reportedly resulted in the destruction of four Su-30 fighter jets, a MiG-29 fighter jet, and two Pantsir-S1 close-range air defense systems.
Jet fighter enthusiast and games developer Lukas Homola, based in the Czech Republic, has designed a full-scale cockpit replica that anyone can easily build -- out of cardboard.
Ukraine said it used cardboard drones from Australia to strike five jets at a Russian air field. Russia has made no mention of damage at the airfield but reported strikes in the area.
