What I think might make for an interesting class project for an enterprising and aspiring emergency management student is to take the org chart and then do a short bio on each of the individuals.

Simply put, as the chart above shows, it’s much harder for the long-term unemployed to find a job right now than it has been in the past when emergency federal benefits were allowed to expire.
