Shares of Singapore's United Overseas Bank, or UOB , hit a record high on Wednesday after it posted a 9% rise in fourth-quarter net profit that beat expectations and announced a S$3 billion ($2.24 billion) package to return surplus capital to investors.

Maybank is the most bullish with a target price of $44.32 while Morningstar's target price is the lowest at $41.
