A British pensioner is among two female tourists killed by a charging elephant while on safari in Zambia, police have said.

Panicked, the animals charged at the pensioner, trampling her to death. In June last year a US tourist was t hrown out of a vehicle by an elephant and trampled to death in Zambia.
