Brigade Enterprises has announced the acquisition of a 4.4-acre land parcel in Whitefield, East Bengaluru, for the development of a premium residential project.

Brigade Group was established in 1986 and has since developed many landmark buildings across cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Gift City-Gujarat and Thiruvananthapuram, among others.

The company, which recently received approval for its IPO, plans to develop five new hotels across Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Vaikom.
