Ex-Laker Dwight Howard signs with the L.A. Riot, part of Ice Cube's BIG3 three-on-three league. Howard will be inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in September.

In light of Dwight Howard’s Basketball Hall of Fame ceremony, he reflected on his NBA career, including leaving the Orlando Magic to play for the Los Angeles Lakers. Howard says his intention was never to leave the Magic, but he doesn’t regret the decision because of the lessons that came with it, which eventually led to him making the HOF.

In his first year of eligibility, Dwight Howard has been elected to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, according to ESPN's Shams Charania. Howard joins fellow first-balloter Carmelo Anthony in the class of 2025, which will be announced in its entirety during a ceremony at the NCAA Final Four on April 5.
