FARGO — A North Fargo couple is facing ongoing challenges more than a month after a fire in their kitchen on Christmas Eve left their home smoke-damaged and many of their belongings destroyed.

BUFFALO, Feb. 6.--In the contest for the custody of the Fargo twins, the counsel for Mrs. Prendergast to-day filed her answer to the return made by Mrs. Fargo to the writs of habeas corpus.
