Developers Capstone Development and M&M Enterprises announced a new hotel franchise in Liberty Park and an opening date.

The $112.5 million Liberty Park mixed-use development in Memphis is set to break ground in fall 2025. The project will include a Hampton Inn hotel, apartments, restaurant and retail space.
