UVa has been given until the end of May to provide evidence to Trump's Department of Justice it has abolished DEI on Grounds.

UVa has disregarded the protests of Charlottesville residents and officials and is moving ahead with plans to acquire the Trump-shuttered Federal Executive Institute.
