EXCLUSIVE: Following the recent success of You’re Cordially Invited, Amazon MGM Studios is ramping up pre-production on another Will Ferrell comedy, with sources telling Deadline that Zac Efron is now set to star alongside him. Like You’re Cordially Invited, Nicholas Stoller is directing from his own script.

Zac Efron has been cast alongside Will Ferrell in a new comedy film. The 37-year-old actor is to feature opposite the Anchorman star in the untitled new movie that Nicholas Stoller is helming from his own script.

Nicholas Stoller, who just made 'You're Cordially Invited' for the streamer, wrote and will direct the comedy.
