ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County Parks and Recreation officials confirmed they have closed the swimming area in Kelly Park Friday as a result of alligator activity in the water.

The settlement orders full refunds to be provided to Connecticut consumers for unused tickets, unused parking and camping passes, and other associated fees.
