Laurel, which opened on East Passyunk Avenue in 2013, is coming to the end of its lease. Chef-owner Nicholas Elmi is eyeing a new site in Center City.

The 6,045-square-foot storefront will include five golf simulators, an arcade, and an “upscale” restaurant and bar, according to TruGolf. The company signed a lease with Urban Edge Properties.
