Deion Sanders was hoping he'd hear his son's name get called during the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. Instead, he had to wait until the fifth round. The Cleveland Browns traded up in the fifth round to select Shedeur Sanders with the 144th overall pick.

Though he claims now that he's happy that Shedeur Sanders was drafted by the Cleveland Browns, video has surfaced showing Deion openly praying for the New York Giants.
