Another iconic property will be added to the Las Vegas Strip later this year, according to MGM. In a release on Monday, MGM Resorts International and Marriott International, Inc. announced that an iconic property will be converted to the W Hotels brand.

Marriott International, Inc. and MGM Resorts International have entered into an agreement to convert a hotel on Las Vegas’s Mandalay Bay Campus into the W Las Vegas, which will open later this year. W Las Vegas is part of the two companies’ long-term strategic licensing agreement that was announced in July 2023 and began in March of this year.
