North Korea has said it had found the remnants of a South Korean military drone and that any further "violation" of its territory would result in a "declaration of war." South Korean intelligence has found that North Korea has dispatched 12,000 troops including special operation forces to support Russia’s war against Ukraine, news reports said Friday, a development that could bring a third country into the war and intensify a standoff between North Korea and the West.

The South Korean National Intelligence Service issued a statement claiming that over 1,000 North Korean soldiers are being transported to Russia.
