Following a dominating home victory over Washington last weekend, the Iowa football team makes the trek north to East Lansing, Michigan, for a matchup against the Michigan State Spartans. The Spartans enter the contest 3-3 overall and 1-2 in Big Ten play after losing to Oregon two weeks ago.

Iowa is currently on a two-game winning streak in the series, winning at Kinnick Stadium last year and in 2020. The Hawkeyes last won in East Lancing in 2012, an overtime battle in which Hawkeye kicker Mike Meyer drilled four field goals.
