President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Wednesday that Ukrainian intelligence had information about 155 Chinese citizens fighting for the Russian military against Ukraine. Zelenskiy told reporters in Kyiv that Russia was recruiting Chinese citizens via social media and that Chinese officials were aware of that.

At least several hundred Chinese nationals are fighting with Russia’s army in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy told a gathering of allies as he called for more air defense for Kyiv and more military pressure on Russia.
