Postmedia’s Bruce Garrioch is reporting that the Ottawa Senators will play two exhibition games at the Videotron Centre in Quebec City as part of their training camp this upcoming fall.

The Montreal Canadiens will face the Ottawa Senators in an NHL preseason game Sept. 30 before the 2025-26 campaign. Ottawa will also face New Jersey on Sept. 28

Officials with the Videotron Centre in Quebec City have called a news conference with Senators owner Michael Andlauer on Monday morning when they’re expected to announce that Ottawa will play two exhibition games at the 18,259-seat arena as part of their training camp.

The Ottawa Senators will spend part of their training camp leading into the 2025-26 season in Quebec City. At a press conference held on Monday, Senators owner Michael Andlauer announced the Senators will play two pre-season games at Videotron Centre in September.

The Senators will play two preseason games this fall at Quebec City's Videotron Centre, a rink built to attract an NHL franchise someday.

While Quebec City longs for the return of professional hockey, locals will have the opportunity to take in the NHL next fall when the Videotron Centre plays host to a pair of Ottawa Senators‘ exhibition contests.
