Robert P. Kreider, 58, died in Lancaster General Hospital Wednesday, two days after complaining of breathing issues to staff at the prison.

He was the husband of the late Mary Elaine Charles Kreider. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Leon and Martha Overly Kreider. He is survived by a nephew, Brian Kreider of Quarryville.
