OZ Trails announced this week plans for a chairlift-served downhill mountain bike park in Bella Vista near Bentonville that will feature more than 20 miles of gravity trails.
The cyclist was 55-year-old Ed Ditto from Tennessee, and he was riding an Aventon Level 2.
