Some San Diegans may have stumbled across a recent viral video on Instagram apparently depicting bright blue jellyfish swarming in shallow waters described as near the city’s coast.

Jelly blubber are overwhelming the Hawkesbury River and some say harvesting them for sale as a delicacy may be the solution.
