Korean cuisine is on the rise in the Capital Region, and the town of Colonie now has added another unique restaurant. Seoul Korean Barbeque Restaurant opened last month at 1770 Central Ave.

Seoul Gourmet, a new Korean restaurant in Stoughton, offers a menu rich in Korean dishes. Owned by Ray Lee, the restaurant replaces SuSu Sushi and builds upon the Lee family's culinary legacy.
