Officials with the Florida Forest Service (FFS) said they will be conducting two prescribed burns today in Levy and Marion counties.
The Bokeelia land purchased by Lee County is near Smokehouse Bay Preserve and within the Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve at the NE end of Pine Island.
