Lymph is the fluid in your lymphatic system, also called lymphatic fluid. Blood reaches tiny capillaries that have small holes in them to let some of the fluid escape or seep out into the tissues.
The lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs, including the spleen, lymph nodes and vessels. One of the functions of the lymphatic system is that it provides your body with immunity.
