For 2024, SIG Sauer launched a streamlined and traditional-looking semi-automatic rifle in its MCX Regulator, a design that the company says is “re-defining the ranch rifle.” ...

The select-fire MCX has a full-auto rate of fire of 800 to 900 rounds per minute, and an effective range of 1,650 feet (500 meters) with the NATO 5.56x45mm cartridge.
