The Dallas Cowboys offensive coaching staff shakeup is nearly complete. Every significant coaching role has been replaced, and this team is looking to start fresh.

Shimko will replace Will Harriger, who the Panthers hired as their quarterbacks coach last year. Shimko and head coach Brian Schottenheimer worked together in Seattle in 2018-19.

While the Dallas Cowboys may not have had as slow of a coaching search as the New Orleans Saints, they're still putting the finishing touches on their coaching staff as we approach mid-February. One key spot on the staff will now be filled by a former national champion and longtime assistant coach.
