A new 1080p 24-inch OPTIX G24C is now available as well, and these should now both be a series 2 product. Much like the older 27-inch model both screens can handle 144 Hz on its TN based panel.

Two of these monitors are available now on Amazon—the Optix G24C for $235 and the Optix G27C2 for $290. MSI did not say when the Optix G27CQ will be available or how much it will cost.
