Eastsiders, you're under a boil water advisory until noon Saturday. Driving the news: A water main break near 22nd Street and Dr. Andrew J. Brown Avenue Thursday morning caused water outages and prompted the precautionary advisory from Citizens Energy Group for a swath of the east side.
