WASHINGTON — Trader Joe's mini tote bags are returning to shelves with new spring-themed colors. The canvas bags, which retail for $2.99, now come in pastel shades of pink, purple, mint and blue.

For a second year, a limited run of mini canvas tote bags had people waiting in line outside Trader Joe’s stores. At some stores, they sold out in less than an hour.
