Mother of 1-year-old believed to be dead facing abuse, negligence, homicide charges in Fayette County
The mother of missing 1-year-old Kahleb Rowan Collins, last seen on Sept. 4 in Winfield and now believed dead, has been charged in the baby's death, according to the Fayette County Sheriff's Office.
