CINCINNATI — Bengals linebacker Germaine Pratt was fined $22,511 for unnecessary roughness after delivering a helmet-to-helmet hit on Steelers running back Najee Harris in Cincinnati's season finale. Next up is Bengals linebacker Germaine Pratt. According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the NFL hit him with a big $22,511 fine for unnecessary roughness. The infraction occurred during Cincinnati’s Week 18 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers when Pratt lowered his helmet while making a tackle on Steelers running back Najee Harris.
