Shortly after the first trailer for Marvel’s The Fantastic Four: First Steps was released, one of the artists who worked on the movie, Jeremy Simser, shared some of the official storyboard art he created for the film.

“The Fantastic Four: First Steps” tells the story of Marvel’s first family and stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic; Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman; Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing; and Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch.

The Thing and Drax have many similarities in terms of backstory and powers. Marvel Studios made a mistake by focusing on Drax's comedic relief rather than his emotional depth. Too much comedy could impact the emotional aspect of The Thing in The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
