An apparent missed facemask penalty cost the Minnesota Vikings their chance at marching down the field and potentially tying the game in the final

The Los Angeles Rams' final blow in a 30-20 win over the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday had a rather obvious missed call. Down 10 points with 1:46 left and no timeouts, the Vikings had to travel 95 yards and make a two-point conversion just to send the game to overtime.

Pass rusher Byron Young pulled down Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold by the face mask, with no penalty called, for a safety late in the Rams’ 30-20 upset win.
