Simon Harris has said he is “deeply saddened” by the Creeslough decision to reinstate a fuel station that took 10 lives in a Donegal explosion.

A lawyer representing the Creeslough families has criticised an ‘extraordinary’ decision to grant planning permission to redevelop the site of the tragedy while forensic investigations are continuing.
