Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries is reportedly developing the world’s largest data centre by capacity in Gujarat's Jamnagar, according to a recent Bloomberg report. In October, RIL's chairman confirmed that the data centre is being developed in partnership with Nvidia to capitalise on the growing demand for artificial intelligence services.

Reliance has also partnered with Nvidia to build AI infrastructure in India, with the company reportedly purchasing chips from Nvidia for the Jamnagar project. The collaboration was first announced in October.

India could soon host the world’s biggest data center by capacity through Reliance Group under billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s leadership. This comes as part of the worldwide investment trend into projects for rising AI services.
