A judge closed a case from a woman who accused Combs of raping her at a 1995 party, with the Jane Doe saying she feared the dangers of naming herself.
An accuser’s lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs was thrown out this week after “Jane Doe” refused to disclose her identity.
Combs’ legal team immediately discredited the alleged victim, as well as the scores of others who have accused the Bad Boy Records founder of abusing them.
The Bad Boy Records founder is currently behind bars awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and more.
